Elevate this beverage by using fall-ripened apples from your tree and the final bits of mint left from your garden!

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz still apple cider
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch powdered cinnamon
  • 3 oz ginger ale

Instructions:

  • Add your apple cider, lime juice, cinnamon, apple cider vinegar and a few ice cubes into a cocktail shaker, mason jar, or drink bottle with a lid.

  • 1 cup ginger ale or ginger beer

Instructions:

Instructions:

    • Heat the water, sugar, garden-fresh rosemary, and cloves in a saucepan over medium high heat.
    • Reduce heat and bring to a low boil.
    • Let simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sugar has fully dissolved, stirring occasionally.
    • Pour through a fine mesh strainer to remove cloves and rosemary leaves.
    • Allow simple syrup to cool fully before storing or adding to beverages.
